Hmm, been signed up for emails for awhile. Signed up back in July/August. No newsletter, no staff. Setup my EA account last year and my boxes have been checked for awhile. Got hindsight, but no emails whatsoever.

it upsets me that i dont get any emails at all, i really hope this issue gets resolved so that all of us looking to get it come out with a staff in the end

Sorry, I wrote that poorly.
The confirm email link wasn't an email but rather the page to confirm my addy.
The Penny arcade wasn't an email, it was posted on the forums but I did get the email about the RTP and  from EA  Store about a 50% discount offer., Sorry, I should have checked the latter again before I posted.

I guess my point is I do get emails from BioWare/EA since confirming my email addy as Fernando suggested.

 Ten days ago, I left for China after following Fernado's instructions...during those ten days I always checked my emails. I haven't got any rise to power trailer email or similar, though funnily enough I still managed to get a Sims 3 email and an Old Republic email. It's the first of November and I'm worried that I won't receive a code, which I'm intitled to since I signed up in October..

I went through all the steps given, and checked my e-mail for Dragon Age e-mails. I got the one about Witch's Hunt and the Rise to Power trailer, but that's all. I know I signed up for the newsletter several times, and am confident I was signed up for it well before the Witch's Hunt stuff. Any idea if maybe they'll try e-mailing codes again?

Haha, no I meant following his instructions on fixing the email subscription, I went to China for work reasons (it was amazing though, I miss the country already). 

I'm not too panicky yet, I've already formatted a plan to keep bugging Bioware till I get the code since I should be eligible for one. It would be nice though if I got the code of my birthday though (*cough*14 November*cough*). The only thing that has me worried is I haven't received an email since I confirmed my subscription and verified my email.
