Just another person chiming in that I've been signed up and getting the DA emails for months, and no code. My bioware, forum, EA, etc addresses are all the same.

wait... you recieved a november code? It's five days in and it seems as if most people have yet to recieve anything, including me and I am starting to get worried about not recieving my staff despite doing everything Fernando said and verifying my email and everything.......

Yeah same here, The only newsletter I received was the rise to power video.  Then nothing, Although I signed up ages ago (I think it was the build up to DAO) I have verified etc and re signed up on numerous occasions..  Lets hope that the mailing list gets sorted out... (not to mention the PS3 hindsight belt issue also...)

In saying that I've recieved countless other emails about NFS etc... which I'm not particularly interested in TBH...<_<

Well...I followed Fernando's advises, went to the US-site, verified my e-mail adress, etc....but still no peep....no newsletters (except one for the SE from EA/Germany), no code. Can't help myself but I've got a bad feeling about the whole 'Staff-Thing'.....

well, at least they are still working on it... must be one hell of an underlying problem they need to fix to get the code to everyone...



in any case, if it turns out they cant solve it and i cant get a code, even though i signed up on time (multiple times) ill just contact EA support once again and they can no doubt add the staff to my redeemed promotions...

Still no staff here, amusingly I thought the Belt of Hindsight thing was actually someones joke with reference to how BioWare might run a promotion like the Staff better in the future, rather than a promotion that actually worked straight off the bat.

Getting these newsletter seems to be based on luck.

Getting anything from bioware is luck. I cant be the only one who remembers the little things that DA has fixed and it broke another part of the game. How about the mini quests that were available in the begining IE getting wine for a castless drunk or orzamar's surface dwarf ahren trading with us after we saved lord dace and presuaded him a favor for a favor and he said any surface dwarf loyal to the dace family would do bussiness with us and give us a discount. I remeber stealing kadis in the begining and finding the red head elf with the armor. Thier are too many to mention but what happened to all these little extras thier fix just dont update and fix all of your problems just make them go away. If we dont get the Staff in November than we wll have to play the facebook game to get anything else getting away from the newletter updating system with in game promo codes.

Would be a lot less painless. I really hate when companies do promotions like this, you miss them, then you're screwed. Especially for people who like media blackouts and don't watch trailers. I know now to keep my eyes on the site.

I agree with this the most. I don't want to miss any of the content for DAII, which is why I pre ordered the game before he due date. this is literally the only game I'm looking forward to next year, and maybe the witcher 2... if that comes to the ps3.

Ok, yeah I KNOW i signed up for the newsletter, multiple times to be sure, but I've not gotten my code.

EDIT : Ok, just went to the ea site and verified, my Dragon Age box is checked.
