Would be a lot less painless. I really hate when companies do promotions like this, you miss them, then you're screwed. Especially for people who like media blackouts and don't watch trailers. I know now to keep my eyes on the site.

I agree with this the most. I don't want to miss any of the content for DAII, which is why I pre ordered the game before he due date. this is literally the only game I'm looking forward to next year, and maybe the witcher 2... if that comes to the ps3.

tbh I prefer RPGs which are developed as a PC exclusive: nothing is simplified for the console controls.

That's untrue. CDP Red consider making the console version. But they want to be sure that game will be completed (not like Rise of White Wolf) before official announcing it - not like BW, announced staff and then... <_<

i don't think Bioware is sending the staff codes for a couple weeks people.. updating every 5 hours with "i still haven't gotten it" doesn't change anything. I'm sure they will notify us when they fix the issue.

Signed up in August, signed up in September, signed up in Ocbtober. How many newsletters have I gotten? None.

I gave up in October on getting the staff. If I get it now great, if not just another corporate lie not like that's new.

I got both the Staff and Hindsight the day they originally sent the letter.

The sucky thing is that I dont have any way of getting them considering I have no xbox live connection.

All that newsletter failure is ashameful.. I've always received Dragon Age newsletters, I've always received EA newsletters since a decade or so, and I've received a couple of newsletters about DA2 but yet NOONE with that Staff code since I signed up for it -.-
The Hindsight belt worked well, I re-registered too to the newsletter but still I am hoping right now, November has 30 days and you guys at BioWare have to fulfill that promise.

Thet just should do it like Hindsight. That all "it's not that easy" talk is ....
They also couldn't fix LotSB for mid/eastern Europe. Fan-moders-group fix it in less than hour <_<

We cannot "just make it liek Hindsight". These systems were developed  seperately or multiple weeks to be made. The team is working to fix the issues with the staff, but it is not as simple as many seem to think.

We are still working on the issues, but please, lay off the "just make it liek the otehr one" as that is not happening. Thanks.

Yes, but fan-modders aren't working in ME3 or DA2

When you sign up for the newsletter and it said account updated, then your EA master account check the Dragon age box if you don't have already checked. At least this is what I noticed by doing some test with another EA account just to see what happend.
But nothing about confirmation mail or something
