I am one of the many that have signed up multiple times, and still haven't received the staff code. I did get something from EA, but that is about it.

In the same boat, signed up multiple times in October and haven't received anything from Bioware. Don't know what happened there!

My guess is that they'll start sending out the newsletters next week, probably starting on Monday (Nov. 15th).

I wonder if the multiple sign ups are the problem. I recieved all the DLP alerts up untill I signed up for the staff. then I haven't recieved anything Dragon Age untill I signed up for the hindsight belt. Only got the trailer then.

Is it possible they're sending out November staff codes with the next newsletter? The most recent newsletter I got was 10/26. Has anyone gotten a code sent to them in the month of November?

Nope.

I think a few got some codes but it seems to be a much smaller amount than in October thus far.  Luckily, we still got like half the month left for that to change.

I myself am getting newsletters with various EA deals like once a week but nothing else right now really.  I'll give them until the end of November before I get a little bit upset but I won't be too unreasonable about it.

Still nadda, an update on when we can expect something might be nice but I am aware November is but young yet.

I have no idea if I'm signed up. Is there some way to confirm? I have tried to sign up multiple times prior to November. No staff code. Though I did receive the following emails:

On 08/20/2010 BioWare Newsletter [newsletter@biowaremail.com] sent me the "Dragon Age 2 Cinematic Trailer Released!" email.

On 10/31/2010 Dragon Age II [DragonAge@em.ea.com] sent me the "Rise to Power" featuring in-game footage" email.

The only way we have to check our subscription is what Fernando Melo said:

To confirm if you are set to receive email:
1) Go to www.ea.com (you may be redirected to your local country version of this page)
2) At the bottom of the page (footer), you should see a "Login" link
3) Ensure you login with the same email and password you use here on social
4) At the next page, one of the tabs at the top of the page should say "Contact Preferences", select this
5) Ensure the checkbox is ON for "Contact me about EA's products...."
6) Ensure the checkbox is ON for "Dragon Age" (feel free to adjust your preference for receiving other game's news)

You
should be set to receive upcoming emails for DA - it's worth reminding
folks to also occasionally check your spam folder on your email account.

F.

But I did everything and I didn't receive anything since the signature edition mail.

On 10/31/2010 Dragon Age II [DragonAge@em.ea.com] sent me the "Rise to Power" featuring in-game footage" email.

People who received the code said that they receive the mail from DragonAge@em.ea.com so if you receive that mail I think it's a good sign.

Signed up and followed all the steps when this first came out. Havn't got the code or any newsletter or e-mail for DA2. Oh well.

Even tho I've got everything fixed as the guide says, my last mail from DragonAge.@em.ea.com falls back to 2009 -.- I think they kinda messed up the db even tho I've signed for the newsletter on DA II several times even before the Staff was publicized -.-

Thanks I was able to confirm using the steps above. Just an FYI to everyone using this method: the EA site requires a username in addition to your email address now. Unless you create a username for the site, you will not be able to see the contact preferences tab.

It probably is.  I myself get EA newsletters on deals they have pretty much every few days to at least once a week now.  No Dragon Age or Mass Effect ones sadly so the bioware portion may actually be busted. Posted Image

what I've seen is that the email address I used for this was virtually spam free for years, but after signing up I've found that I've been getting spam fairly frequently along with EA offers.
