I was sure I had signed up months ago, however it seems that I had not done so. I signed up on the second of November, does this mean that it will be impossible for me to get a code? That would make me very, very sad indeed.

The "sign up" option at the homepage is no longer visible for me, so I must be signed up. I mean, I signed up, I remember doing it in October. There seems to be more people who have signed up and haven't received the code, or even the letter than have so it must be a problem.

I would have thought I would get a confirmation e-mail when i signed up, but I haven't seen anything.

Edit: Signed up again just to make sure I didn't do anything wrong last time. Not sure if that makes any difference, though.

Edit Again: I just realised that I've reformatted my computer between the time when I thought I had signed up and now, so maybe I didn't actually just imagine signing up before. Oh, well. Still not getting any mails.

Thanks, that has eased my worries a bit, I signed up to a couple of newsletters for games I'm interested in, like Crysis but I have yet to get any DA newsletters (I think I got an ME one a while back, can't remember) but I did sign up after the Signature Newsletter came out.

I check my spam folder every day and I don't have anything like a spam filter on, so I don't think that's it, then again it is odd that I've had 0 spam for like 4 weeks now.

I use a live account and the spam is getting through just fine.

... Strangely enough I've yet to acquire the staff.

Maybe for Bioware's stuff but not EA's. I use a hotmail account and get EA newsletters just fine.

I use gmail and nothing. Perhaps there is some filtering done by the email providers? It would be good to know which email services receive the newsletters and which do not.

I check my spam folder everyday and it's always empty ( only messages older than 30 days are supposed to be autodeleted, I think).

I use a live account, and I'm getting other stuff from Bioware just fine. Such as the SW:TOR Newsletters. Nothing about DAII, though, which makes me a little sad. I was looking forward to this staff.

Not giving up hope yet, though, since they say they're working on a way of fixing it.

LOL, I just got a "Need for Speed" email from EA.

I've been getting the SW:TOR and DA2 emails for months---just never got one with a staff code.

Some people are saying they've received DA2 emails, just not the code one. It's been the opposite for me though.... I've only received one email from EA regarding DA2: the staff code...

It's just a conspiracy. They'll make you go mad. And when you are on the edge, they give you the code.

I received the code right away when I signed up for the newsletter, but that was back when it was first announced.
