I'm in a similar position. Signed up before the deadline, followed the guidelines posted in this thread, and nothing other than welcome email from EA with a lot of Call of Duty stuff threaded throughout it.

Hope all of us get the code. If my suspicions are correct, the Staff of Parthalan is the sword-staff featured in the Destiny trailer, and if so, it looks really cool. We wantssss it, precious.

I got the code when it was 1st released in October. But, I have yet to redeem it.



I was wondering about 2 things, though.



1. If I redeem the code on one platform ( PS3, 360, PC ), will I also be able to redeem it on another platform?



Say, I buy the PS3 version, redeem the code, and download the Staff. But, later, I decide to buy the 360 or PC version. Would I still be able to download the Staff into those platforms?



2. Likewise, if I redeem the code and download the staff on one PSN account or 360 gamertag, would I be able to download the staff on another PSN account or gamertag?

It's confirmed to be the one in the trailer, I've also done everything you listed, got a welcome email from EA, couple of Sims 3 emails, a TOR email and then a whole load of nothing.

All codes must be redeemed at your BioWare Social account, a process which always unlocks free promo items for ALL available platforms. Therefore you don't have to choose just one.

1. Your registered game promotions are determined by your BioWare Social account.
2. You can only use the afore mentioned with the PSN account/gamertag you've linked to your EA account.

To access your content on the PS3, please ensure you log in with the same account you used while redeeming this code on the social website. Once you have done this, your content will be available for download from the PS3 Marketplace via the in-game store.

really really hope we get some form of update/clarification from Bioware on this soon. I'd just like a confirmation on whether they are yet to go out, have gone out... just so i know if i have been able to get it or not... as im pretty sure i have done everything necessary.

Oh well atleast judging from the newest trailer, this most definitely atleast 1 more staff sword in the game.

I signed up when I joined... and again when I found out we were getting a free stick. Never received anything from Bioware or EA until I signed up a third time. Now all I get are messages telling me about other EA games and the DA2 pre-order e-mail. I'll be a sad mage without the stick...

Whilst this will be sorted out eventually I'm sure, I think a little communication would be nice as the lack of any currently leads me to believe that no progress is being made in sorting this out.
