Sorry for the delay in getting you an update (I was away for 2 weeks on some personal time off).

The good news is we do have a technical fix to get everyone the staff who correctly signed up during the summer conventions or during the other appropriate time but has not yet received it yet.

Due to the amount of webwork we are doing currently (what with DAII coming, ME2 PS3, other stuff I can't talk about, the Christmas break, etc) we won't have the fix implemented until next year.

I know this will leave some of you uncertain until you see the actual code appear on your profile, and I understand this, but I wanted to provide an update rather than leaving you all hanging. So there will be an update next year once the fix is in and working and when you should all see the code appear.

I just got one quick question, i signed up back when it was first annouced you would get the staff, but i never got a confirmation mail about it, i DID get a "The first trailer have been relased" newsletter, but haven't gotten anything since. I just wondering that i somehow missed it, even thou i did what was needed, aka signing at the website (and even "i like" this with facebook before that was changed)

Thanks for update Chris, as long as we get it before the game ships, it doesn't really matter.



@DVACDK There wasn't any confirmation email about it, that's why a lot of folks are worried whether they will be getting it or not. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. If you signed up during the right time, it should be fine.

People who signed up a few days late are out of luck I presume? I signed up on November 3rd I believe. So, I'm guessing I'm out of luck since I was a few days late? Will I have another opportunity to aquire the staff or will Bioware throw us a bone? Why don't you guys just give it to everyone who signs up for the newsletter period since you had technical problems?

Thanks for the update, hope you had a nice holiday. 

Too bad that the fix is taking long to implement, but I don't really mind. I do wonder, will it still come as a newsletter? If not then can I please not have to check my inbox everyday . Otherwise, it's no big deal, I don't mind as long as I get the staff before the game comes out. I understand you guys have alot of stuff to get done and this is probably the least of your worries.

Much like every one else here I signed up for the DA2 newsletter a while ago (don't rememder if it was before or after the announcement, looked through several sites in an atempt to find out when that was no luck.) and i haven't received the code too.

Thank you for your effort and time in fixing the problem.

The only thing we truly know is not to bother with this thread until next year at the earliest. Which is still better than nothing I agree.

We knew that we'd get the the staff after the sign up period expired, after that we knew it would be fixed before the end of November, now we know it will be fixed next year... I wonder how many more things we will know before this whole debacle is over. <_<

is there any way to check if i'm signed up for the newsletter because i did the whole process awhile ago but i'm kind of worried I missed a step or something.
