Hi Folks

Sorry for the delay in getting you an update (I was away for 2 weeks on some personal time off).

The good news is we do have a technical fix to get everyone the staff who correctly signed up during the summer conventions or during the other appropriate time but has not yet received it yet.

The bad news is that you'll have to wait for the update a while longer for us to prove this.

Due to the amount of webwork we are doing currently (what with DAII coming, ME2 PS3, other stuff I can't talk about, the Christmas break, etc) we won't have the fix implemented until next year.

I know this will leave some of you uncertain until you see the actual code appear on your profile, and I understand this, but I wanted to provide an update rather than leaving you all hanging. So there will be an update next year once the fix is in and working and when you should all see the code appear.

No problem Chris.Just make those that are for the folks late uber.Nothing to massive.Just the ability to wipe out a whole continent with one shot should suffice.J/K maybe

I dont get it why you dont just add it to all active accounts since atleast x. But instead you are still jumping around with the e-mail idea.

So I may have missed the chance at this staff just because I was a couple of days late? I may have signed up on time, I suppose, but if I did I don't remember it. I usually come to the forum for DAII news (rather than the DAII site), and I had completely missed any mention of a newsletter until I saw this thread. Two days too late. It would really make me very sad to miss something so awesome just because I haven't kept things under tight surveillance, but instead come by now and again to see if there was any news.

Thank you very much for the update though, Mr. Priestly. It was appreciated.

I'm kind of wondering how this could be sorted correctly.  I signed up for the newsletter a couple times over, but I never even got confirmation for it, the newsletter or the staff.  If there isn't a detailed record I agree that it should be simply added to active accounts.

Why do some of you think the world is ending because you don't have the staff in your profile yet? What are you planning on doing with it right now? I guess Bioware is at fault because you're not getting what you paid for. Oh wait, they aren't, because you didn't pay anything for it.



The self entitlement around here really gets old. You'll have the staff before the game launches. Deal with it.

No I haven't got it.  I signed up for the newsletter the day that the DAII web-site launched, have been a part of the community since before DAO launch, and I'm really looking forward to the staff. 

It's just that I don't see the point of an endless thread of people whining they don't have something that they can't possibly use for 3 months.  Now if this is still the case in mid-February, count me among those who will be making a ruckus.  For now, everyone should just chill and go play Assassin's Creed Brotherhood.

Buy me a ps3 then I will .... not mine foult I need to wait for pc release that's after DA2 release .... So I've got plenty of time to whine here a bit, still mod post just says "maybe you will get it maybe not just wait and you will see" so it kinda sucks.

My only conceran is that they are making it 23982349723847824 times harder then it should be. Sure its their money and their time... But still its kinda pointless?

Its very simple I cant veryfi if I'm signed for newsletter. I signed for it just after release but still didnt get any of news. So it is "maybe I will get it maybe not" simple. Its roulette.
