Yeah but still I cant verify it right? Who knows does system registered me?

I tried to sing up multiple times. Does system will count first one or last one that could be after " time limit" ? 

And sorry for bad quality of "whine" post back there but I've totally lost mine english skills for a sec xD

If you signed up during the time period where you would recieve the newsletter with the code, then you will recieve the code. If you don't, I'd be amazed, and you'd have an actual gripe with them. Until then, assuming that you won't recieve the code is just pessimistic beyond measure.

That's just it; I'm not sure there is more than one possibility. You either get it, because you signed up during the window, or you don't get it, and they double-check their systems and give it to you.

Most likely because being stickied would be problematic if they don't have an actual fix yet.

I'll believe it when i see it, and by next year they better mean before the game is actually released, and what if, WHAT IF many of us still do not receive this code, seriously how difficult is it to send us all a code for cryin out loud.

Well, for one thing, the code is not the primary thing on their plate. Like Chris Priestly said, they have DA2, ME2 PS3, and other projects going on. So I'd wager very difficult.

Finally taking some time now to fill in my 2 cents about this... Like many others, registered for the stuff (lol) back in August(?) during the conventions, re-registered two times back in September. No signs of anything...

What really bothers me is not me not getting it eventually (as they sort of promise we will), but this "hyped" attitude in which Bioware seems to advertise every little bit of anything they plan to release, only to deliver half way afterwards .Happened with their famous "International Event" that later was a fiasco cause 75% of the World was leftt out, happened with Witch Hunt, now this. ughh

Somehow it appears that their "marketing" department is way ahead of the "engineering" department or whatever lol

Really I would appreciate a lot better that they would find time for fixing the many bugs left in Origins (many of which have been adressed by the modding community so helplfully and generously) instead oft "fixing" this nice but relatively non important add-on.

Once again.... I'm getting frightened about not receiving any emails at all even though I signed up for the newsletter back in August. I really hope BioWare fixes this because I'm a huge fan of BioWare and their products. ESPECIALLY DRAGON AGE!

I don't think I will be getting the staff. I signed up well within the time parameters. Nothing showed, no e-mail. Now I have the Hindsight Belt listed with my registered promotions, but still no Staff of Parthalan.

Hi Folks

Sorry for the delay in getting you an update (I was away for 2 weeks on some personal time off).

The good news is we do have a technical fix to get everyone the staff who correctly signed up during the summer conventions or during the other appropriate time but has not yet received it yet.

The bad news is that you'll have to wait for the update a while longer for us to prove this.

Due to the amount of webwork we are doing currently (what with DAII coming, ME2 PS3, other stuff I can't talk about, the Christmas break, etc) we won't have the fix implemented until next year.

I know this will leave some of you uncertain until you see the actual code appear on your profile, and I understand this, but I wanted to provide an update rather than leaving you all hanging. So there will be an update next year once the fix is in and working and when you should all see the code appear.

however, no code yet. And the fact that I´ve been registered long time before the Staff of Parlathan was announced seems strange I haven´t received mine.

Or they intend to sweep it under the rug just like the European bazaar which never happened.

Either way, unsticking this thread is a yet another mistake and I can only hope that they reconsider. This is not going to install confidence.

The devs say they are working on it. It will apparently just show up at some point nest year.
