I signed up AGES ago but apparently on my newsletter options it was not checked to receive the DA mailings even though I signed up on site. So I never received it as I only fixed that up 2 days ago after someone else posted up this issue. So what happens now? I just don't get one? The only news I ever got was the trailer.

I signed up for it in July and since then have never received any news letters OR my code for the staff.

Don't enter it at all until you have the game installed.

I just hope that part of the fix is going to be the newsletter link be permanently displayed on the DA2 site whether you've already signed up or not. I've tried everything that's already been suggested to see it there and it just does not work for me. I have already enabled the Bioware and DA newletter under the account site, but Chris has already said that one doesn't count.

I signed up when it got first announced and the only newsletter email I got was about the trailer back on August 17th.

If you want to resign up but the thing to sign up isn't there, just clear your cookies and go back and you should be able to resign up a second time.

I've never received a single thing, unfortunately. Never received the update on the destiny trailer, either. I actually just kept checking back everyday, instead.

Lame question, but how does one remove cookies on a single page in Firefox? I know how to clear ALL my cookies (I think) but I don't really want to do that.

Why not? I got the code fine and entered it like this:

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

All ready to be downloaded in March.

What version of Firefox are you using? I just went to Tools>Options>Privacy then clicked on Remove Individual Cookies.

ah crap, hey do you get a confirmation email with the news letter sign up? because I checked my account email settings and i can't find the dragon age one there? i can find sonic ect but no DA and it was there when I checked few days back hence how I found out I was not getting that newsletter even though I signed up for it. Or is EA/Bioware doing something funky with the accounts just lately?

No confirmation emails from them, I hated it because it took me a few days to realise I was signed up.

Thats the same with me. I tried clearing my cookies so I could sign up again but the option never came up. I seriously dont want to miss out but I just dont know what else to do. Ive tried all I can think of and what people have said here. Its got me really annoyed.
