Really hope so as i have signed up multiple times over the past few months and have yet to recieve a single newletter, and yes my email is correct and everything.Chris Priestly wrote...
Hi Everyone
We have emailed out a veritible armory's worth of codes for the Staff of Parthalan and if you had signed up for the Dragon Age newsletter prior to or during this summer's conventions you should have now received your code. If you have received your code you can either hold onto the email and redeem it once Dragon Age 2 ships in March or you can register it now and it will be associated with your profile, ready to go when the game ships.
If you have not yet signed up for the Newsletter, you can sign up during the month of October and you will still get the newsletter and the code for the Staff of Parthalan. Head over to the Dragon Age homepage and sign up in teh upper right hand corner.http://dragonage.bioware.com/
If you sign up or have signed up for the newsletter In October, you will be getting your code emailed to you in November.
If you have not received a code and think you should have:
1 - Please check your CORRECT email address. The email it was sent to is the email tied to your BioWare Social account. Some people use multiple email addresses (like a personal one only for family, but a gmail or hotmail for signups to avoid spam, etc). Make sure you are checking the email address attached to your profile and not the wrong account.
2 - You should have signed up for the Dragon Age newsletter which is available here: http://dragonage.bioware.com/ It should appear in teh upper right hand corner of the page. If you do not see it, you have signed up for it (but you can clear your cookies and sign up again. It does not harm things, but it doesn't give you extra codes either).
3 - We are working on a system to allow users to test their sign up to ensure they get the newsletter and teh Staff of Parthalan code. tThis will take a day or so to get working, but we will let you know when it is up and running.

There is no newsletter in the right hand corner for me. Top right hand corner is the link to bioware community and bottom right hand corner is just the ea coporate info.
I have signed up twice and each time gotten the green account updated message.

This is strange. I signed up every time the offer was re-opened throughout the year and I haven't received an email about the Parthalan, but I did receive region-specific EA emails. But someone I know also signed up every time that I did (except in October) and they did receive the Parthalan email, plus some non-region-specific EA emails that I didn't get, but they didn't receive the region-specific ones that I got.

1000%this i too have done the same thing and no email either
