Laptop won't play game, can anyone help?

My laptop computer will not play the MS2, all it says is that a problem caused the program to stop working and that windows will close the program and notify me if there is a solution, but it doesnt do anything but close the game down has this happened to anyone before.

First of all, this is the wrong section. You should have put this in the PC technical support section.
What's your computer specs? Processor, graphics card, RAM, operating system? I suspect that you have Intel integrated graphics instead of a real graphics card. If so, nothing can be done to help you. Integrated graphics don't have the power at all to run ME2, and (most) laptops cannot be upgrade with regards to graphics.
