Now before everyone mentions more strippers they're a give in so is drinking only new add to this would be male strippers.
I say future arcade with some unique games in it.
And maybe for dangle floor when you select to go onto it and shep starts dancing you can use the D pad to change up his/her style and level of dancing sense you have to watch shep dance it could be an optional interaction.

Also, if the crew actually play poker with shepard, can we actually play with them rather than fade to black? could be kinda fun.

Let the crew do some of their own ops solo or with a squad that doesn't include Shep. Something that opens up the ME reality and reinforces the crews individuality a bit, without necessarily being crucial to the core storyline.
As far as mini games/ activites, poker or some other communal table game like dominoes, I think would be another awesome way to expand on the crews personalities without it feeling like an exposition bomb. I mean the cross table chatter between Joker and Jack or Zaeed and Mordin would be epic. Randomly generated games would keep it interesting. Red Dead's poker was excellent. Bioware could do better though. :-)

1) Skylian 5 Poker. Play against the crew, and two random teammates, each with a varying level of skill. Say Miranda or Thane would be good, but Jack or Grunt would be terrible.
2) A random teammate at the bar for drinks while off duty.
3) I don't mind the idea of strippers. Once you pick up a love interest, don't be surprised if the strippers suddenly get pink slipped.
4) Target practice in the cargo hold. Can compete with teammates based on the weapons they use (Tali uses a shotgun, Garrus uses a sniper rifle). They can also give Shepard hints on how to utilize said weapons efficiently.
5) Psychological tips from a yeoman should the ME3 crew have one.
6) Dartboard with faces of people Shepard doesn't like such as the Turian Councilor or the Illusive Man.
7) If your love interest is aboard the ship, maybe a little interaction there, some off-duty recreation perhaps.

What next... Shepard can sit in a sofa and watch TV?

I'd like for Shepard to be able to interact with squadmates as they move about the ship. I'd like for them to have things to say about each other, recently-completed missions, recently-visited planets/areas, major plot reveals, etc. Having stationary mission-dispensers for squadmates is not acceptable.
I don't know that I'd be terribly keen on having the squad roam about the ship aimlessly, unless there is some way to quickly find them. Otherwise, I could see it being a touch aggravating to find a specific squad mate in certain situations. With that said, some more off-duty dialogue would be nice, though I understand the limitations as far as budgeting the voice acting is concerned.
Punching pyjaks a la chicken kicking in Fable sounds fun. The skylian 5 suggestion sounds pretty decent too, provided it's not just Pazaak all over again.

yeah having Squadmates wander around the ship would be cool. You could join Thane and Kasumi having a discussion over one of rupert's meals, for example. Or see Tali chatting with Joker in the cockpit, etc.

Have a gaming room, play pool with Thane etc

the normandy would feel so much more realistic if the squad and crewmembers would not be at the same place all game long

Agreed. EDI could easily have a "locade squadmember" function so you could find them without too much hassle. The normandy seems so alive in cutscenes with crew walking around, talking. Gabby handing ken a screen while they walk away from the engine.
Then you wander around the normandy and it's like living statues.

I would also like to see specific off-duty activities that may be undertaken at the suggestion of specific squad mates, that may even form minigames if possible. I want to be able to challenge Grunt to an arm wrestle, Garrus to a test of marksmanship; I want lessons in hacking and electronic architecture from Legion or Tali; and I want to play "biotic minecraft" with Samara - at the end, Jack could storm in and ruin it for the lulz.
Okay, forget that last option. Biotic minecraft won't be implemented. ):

Maybe some sandbox game like GTA or RDR would be better suited to your tastes? Or maybe Dead or Alive Xtreme series?

Oh my f***ing god, MOVIE NIGHT. That would be a brilliant addition to the game. Just think of the dialogue! We could all be watching some staple for science fiction movie nights, like a Sherlock Holmes mystery or a hitchcock film, and you could be watching it and chatting with squad mates. Legion would be all: "what new data are obtained from watching fabricated occurrences?" and then Tali would be like: "it's an organic thing, I don't expect you to understand." Then Shepard could be talking to Garrus about the mystery of the film, and he'd say something absurd but perceptive, like: "I think the butler did it, and I'm not sure how he is going to get out of that room if the detective finds him in the next few minutes, as he has no cover and is highly vulnerable to a marksman placed on the opposite building's roof," to which Jack could respond: "damnit Garrus, would you guys shut up? I'm trying to watch the movie." Grunt could be sat at the front, mesmerised by the moving images and culture.FuturePasTimeCE wrote...

either that or a Japanese style gameshow with a salarian host. "Smell that pheremone" where species try to guess what the emotion the elcor is trying to convey by scent alone.

Salarian: "Okay, Telana, it is youuuur turn to guess that elcor pheromonal sign of emotion!
Asari player: "I think... I think he is sexually aroused!"
Elcor: "Embarrassed indignation: why would I be sexually aroused? Overwhelming guilt: I would never be so
Volus player: "*buzzes in* judging from the scents, I think he is rather embarrassed and angered!"
Salarian: "Correct Hakna Pol! And you have won yourself a tour of the Destiny Ascension!"
- Joker: ugh, I hate re-runs.
Asari player: "Wait, what about me? Was I not correct, elcor?"
Elcor: "Relenting in characteristic honesty: I was indeed sabotaged by an audience member."
*audience and players turn to stare at the one, towering female elcor in the audience.*
Female elcor audience member: "Confused: why do you all assume I am the perpetrator of these transgressions?"
Salarian: "You are the only other elcor in this room."

YES YES YES YES!
Have them wander around, maybe share meals at the table, a drink at Kasumi's. Even Wing Commander 3 had that!
This would make me so happy I would cry and put videos of it up on YouTube.
