I just defeated Branka, and headed back to Orzammar to crown the king, but the doors to the chamber of assembly are locked, and will not open, regardless of whether or not I travel there on my own or via Oghren's dialogue.
Has anyone else had this issue? Or, more importantly, does anyone know a solution to this problem?

What game version are you running? Did you deal with Caradin? Were you given the crown?
Also, do you have any mods? What happens if you disable your mods and clear out your override directory?

Running version 1.00.
Yep. Dealt with Caradin, destroyed the anvil, got the crown, etc.
I don't have any mods ATM.

Try updating to 1.02a and load a save from the Anvil of the Void.

SorrelAranar, did you take the quests from both side? If you did, then you would have to install 1.04 to fix it.

I only took Harrowmont's quests. I did patch it up, and then loaded my save directly after I defeated Branka (still in the anvil), but nothing changed.

Continuous bumping.
I've even tried console commands, nothing works. It would be very nice if I could actually play the game.

Bumping your own thread will not fix this. I've not heard of anyone else reporting this exact bug, but there are plenty of other individual reports of things going screwy and causing a situation that's not recoverable without going back to an earlier save. If you've already tried console commands and loading your save from after defeating Branka, then my only remaining recommendation is to back up to a save before the fight. That's a lousy solution, but it's all I can recommend. Good luck.

I'll second that. I've also not seen this particular issue raised before, so bumping your thread is not likely to get you any help from other players. If you're hoping for help from Bioware, you are even less likely to have success. Chances are something you did in the game while it was still on version 1.00 broke this quest. Your best chance is to revert to an earlier save and try from there. As noted, this is clearly not an ideal solution, but without developer support, this is what we are left with.
