I regretted giving TIM the Collector base after seeing that creepy evil grin he does after Shpard leaves. It's like he saying "You know you've ****ed up, right?"

And romancing Tali and Jacob

I dont neccesarily regret this choice because its my fault i couldnt choose what i wanted. but in ME2 i wanted to choose Morinth but i wasnt evil enough, i was soo close to being as evil as i needed but couldnt. I screwed that one up tho so thats not really a regret.

i regretted choosing miranda for bubble duty on my very first collector base run; i mean, at the time it looked like one of those "time to put your money where your mouth is babe" moments...and it ends with jack being carried off be seeker swarms
:crying:

I almost kind of regret killing the Rachni queen in every playthrough, but it led to a sweet threat in LotSB! Also I don't really have a reason to trust a giant telekinetic space bug.

God yes... I still regret to this very moment I kept Ashely alive. If I ever get back to playing ME1 again this is getting fixed!

Muhahaha! Just wait until ME3. Turns out, If you hit the crazy scientist in the face on Eden Prime, he'll side with the reapers and you have no chance of winning anymore. :D

Seriously. there are hardly wrong decisions in ME1/2. The consequences are not severe enough (yet?). Whether you save the council or kill them, the difference is merely on a philosophical level. For gameplay advantages or disadvantages this is the right way to go imo but there should be more story consequences to show you how you affect the world.
As it is, my main Shep (with whom I played both games for the first time) doesn't have regrets. Some of the things you can do as a renegade Shep (such as shooting Shiala on Feros) are a bit disturbing to watch.

As a male, I was much more attached to Kaiden than Ashley, so when I sac'd him I felt terrible.

A second playthrough fixed that, though.

I killed the rachni queen and I didn't recall anything different in LotSB?

My current regret is having such a difficult time creating a good looking face. I thought I had one but the guys cheek bones are messed up. And the worst part is I invested a good 8 hours of playtime before noticing.

You've got to choose the right dialogue option during the hostage situation. Sheps answer differs, according to your ME1 decisions. If you don't choose that particular option, you don't hear anything about it at all.

Yeah, I got that too. The faces that look good in the creator normally suck in the lighting of the game itself.

Losing Legion on my first Collector's base run and didn't save before the briefing so in my first profile he remains dead.

I seriously doubt that. Manuel was the scientist who died in the last mission of the Firewalker DLC. ;)
