Damn you for making me care about a character so much that I actually feel incredibly sad/angry/confused about Morrigan leaving my human noble after the final battle without saying a word, while carrying our unborn child. A happy ending might've been a little too much to hope for considering the overall theme and nature of the game, but man, that was harsh.

My reaction is however, probably the desired one, no? I just want some closure.:crying:

Oh, and who wrote Oghren? I want to have your babies.
I may lack the necessary parts, but by the ****** of my ancestors I'll make it work.

I feel the same way. I couldn't bring myself to NOT romance Morrigan. I suppose my whole thinking was that I could some how make her stay. Looking back, though. It makes sense that she didn't want to get involved (and she said as much).

Oh well. Maybe in the sequel. :)

Also...

Epic.

Lmao, this is fricking hilarious... But yeah Morrigan broke my heart also... That is why I slept with Leiliana to get back at her.

About five people collaborated on Oghren (including three women). That's a lot of babies. Posted Image

I consider myself to be a pretty mature person and all, but hearing Oghren yell out "ASSCHAPS" and then pass out on the ground in the middle of camp had me burst out laughing.

Well played, Bioware, well played.

Aww. Poor gents. At least there's some way for the ladies to hold onto Alistair, though it involves much kicking and screaming and moral compromising.

Why is it that the two most interesting and compelling romance characters are designed to tear our heartstrings? THE INHUMANITY! XD

I didn't go through the plan, I was rather pissed off by Morrigan when she suggested going to Alistair instead.

It's actually "ASSCHABS". Yes, it's a made-up word, and yes, there's a story behind it. Here's the story.

Time to chain the cutscene artist to their desks. This will be an all-nighter.

well there are the little pages at the end that explains what happens to everyone, my character went off to search for morrigan and the demigod kid! Will he ever find them? he certainly was crushed, he was rather hoping she might have changed her mind, but the really upsetting thing is, Wynne was right after all. NOOOOoooooooo!

I'm pretty sure the point was to make everyone fall in love with Morrigan. She's such a dynamic character. I've never seen such a well-done multi-dimensional video game personality.

Do we have a list of who wrote which character. Who wrote my lovely flower Leliana or the Queen B**** Morrigan?

Second time I played through the game, I fully intended to not romance Morrigan and to get a completely different ending.

Somehow, it ended up pretty much exactly the same as it did my first time, besides Orzammar not going to hell in a handbasket... (Though I did get the ring ending second time through, which I didn't get the first time.)  Damn.

Third time's the charm?

The thing that was really sad for me was the epilogue stories. All of them essentially wandered off after some time and weren't seen again. And there wasn't even mention of the dog!

Morrigan offered something DapperDan was just too dapper and noble to accept, and could not be allowed to complete her ritual with anybody. If DapperDan were still alive, he would stand by his decision to spurn her offer.

He had more things to worry about, such as keeping Alistair alive and on the throne, and keeping his moustache looking clean and sophisticated for his final duel with the Archdemon.

Goddamnit, DapperDan, I miss you already.

I'm still trying to figure out some way to get Alistair and Anora to marry, but keep Loghain alive. I thought it was possible (with Alistair still leaving the Grey Wardens) but I'm beginning to think i misread something.

If you dont kill loghain, alistair flips out and leaves with his "Being a grey warden is a privledge" speech.

What you have to make sure is that you yourself kill loghain, if you make alistair do it, anora won't marry him.

I know, but I read on these forums from someone (David Gaider I think, but could have been someone else) that there is an outcome in which Alistair doesn't leave (though he does leave the wardens) and Loghain stays alive.

It's possible that I misunderstood.
