I tried making current PC (My avatar) having those huge elf ears in the CC, but found it was pretty impossible. I ended up just having sized sized ears, but because of my hair, they were covered. I didn't found it as a big deal at first, but then I noticed ALL elves had normal sized, and I started to lose immersion. I tried to make up a story that "Oh, on her mother's side they had small elf ears" but really I just want my elf to look normal.  Is there a way on the toolset to import a player morph, and edit it to have the elf ears? Or do I have to start a new morph, and go from there? Thanks in advance.

Also, sorry if this question is asked alot. My knowledge of the toolset is equal to my knowledge of rocket science. Which is none.

They are "normal" Elf ears. I presume you are wanting freakishly large WoW-style Elf ears? If that's the case, the most practical route would be to make a custom hair mesh that includes the giant ears, and obscure the morph's ears.

You can make those ears stick out a bit more with the toolset's face morph editor, for it has an "ear in-out" slider, which the ingame CC lack.

The slider doesn't extend to rabbit ear proportions though, which is what the OP seems to be after:
