If the saves are locked to user profiles, then it prevents people sneakily using other peoples saves to get easy trophies and the like, and other malarky, so that shouldn't be an issue (and is why most save files can be transferred).

I've played through DA:O three times and love it. ok so youre playing on ps3 right? so got to
system setting go to backup utility but you will need an external HDD and you will back up everything then got to youre second ps3 got to restore utility and finish the on screen info.

They are system locked, not user locked. I think there is a transfer utility for when you upgrade PS3s. Consider trying that. I'm not sure if backing up and restoring will work. I want to say I read somewhere that it didn't. Could be wrong. Still worth a try!
