This isn't the sims, we don't need to have everything customizable. We are Spectres (well... most of us are), not vain mercenaries. My Normandy doesn't need racing strips and a flames running down the side. If you want flames, see the SR1.
In all seriousness, I would rather them spend time on weapon, armor, and upgrades than worry about the fact that I want to repaint the Normandy red or something.
I do think that we should have the option of scraping Cerberus off the side of the ship (maybe replace it with a paragon and renegade symbol). but the ship doesn't matter that much to me... I'm fine with the SR2 with no spy stuff from the Cerberus.

I rather steal it from TIM sense I hate him, hire Garrus as my XO, get rid of Cerberus logos and make new paint job, repurpose both observation decks into more military functional spaces, and get rid of my fish tank and ship model display and replace them with something nice.

-New paint scheme
-Revised hanger bay (with something more deadly to replace the shuttle)
-Shepard claims one of the observation rooms on deck 3 and turns it into a lounge with one of those surround vid screens they advertise on the citadel. Watch movies like Rachni Invasion 4 in their full 360 degree glory!
-Revised debriefing room (needs chairs)

I did think the ship after LotSB was really well done. It could almost replace the Normandy if it wasn't so big.

Either that, or make the death star the upgraded drone your tech's summon.
But aye, some sort of upgradeability such as the paint, features etc would be too much awesome. Even a reaper kill count on the side.

Replacing it with the Spectre Logo would be nice. Probably certain conditions would have to be met though, such as saving the Council and getting status reinstated. BW did a nice job with mentioning Spectre status during LotSB, doing that wouldn't be much trouble.
Doing the whole Paragon, Renegade, Spectre symbols for the ship would also require the rest of the crew getting matching uniforms though lol.
EDI should be given an android body for Joker. A little bonus for taking on the Collectors with brittle bones.

Save the council but not a spectre and tell cerberus to screw themselves. Then its alliance.
Stick with cerberus then retain the cerberus logo.
I really like the idea of that. That would be cool.

My avatar is the Spectre Logo, either get it in red or blue depending if you are renegade or paragon. Since the whole crew is loyal to Shepard, stripping the Cerberus symbol away should be met with little resistance.

repaint/rename would be good, if Bioware makes only 10 names optional it would already be enough, something like how you could pick a champion name for yourself in Jade Empire for the arena fights,a few recorded words as name for the ship could be reused countless times without problems in conversations

it is far better than loading screens, and meanwhile atleast you hear team banter and you don't have to fear you miss out on some conversations because you didn't "run through" the correct path to trigger one
