Dual Weapon Mastery check is in which script?

From what I understand it (and have tried to check) the actual talent does not grant the ability to dual wield swords but rather there is a script that checks if you have that talent when you attempt to equip an off-hand weapon.
My Current Desire:
I don't necessarily want the actual Warrior/Rogue Talent or even the talent tree but rather the ability to dual-wield longswords as an Arcane Warrior, ideally by tying it into the 4th level of the Arcane Warrior Talent Tree. (Shimmering Shield), my current intention is to mod the script to make it check for Dual-Weapon or Shimmering Shield, if that is at all possible.

During trying to make my mod I looked everywhere for that special line of script, but alas it came at no avail to me.
You might want to try my mod Dual Weapon Abilities for Arcane Warriors. It adds the Dual Weapon talents to AWs.
If you don't want to use my mod you can follow the below tutorial that makes long swords dual wieldable and that can be used to also make axes and maces dual wieldable as well.
- C:\\Program Files\\Dragon Age\\tools\\Source\\2DA\\rules\\BITM_base.xls
- Next, find under the (
LABEL Column the following entry Weapon - Longsword
- Now, scroll right until you find (BA) IsHeavy Column and replace the 1 with a 0
- Finally, save and compile your changes and place it in your overide directory.
