Hello,

I have a strange problem: I registered my original Mass Effect 2 game this february and for months I could see it in the registered games drop down menu of my Bioware social network profile. But now I can't see my Mass Effect 2 game listed in the menu and I cannot post on technical support or game announcements forum.

I checked my registered games page to re-register my game if the registration was removed somehow. However my registration is still there and I cannot dare to remove and reenter it. Meanwhile I can still login to Cerberus Network and authenticate my official DLCs while playing the game. So the registry key IS saved in Bioware Social Network server. But it does not show up on the registered games drop down menu (it DOES show up on the registered games page) and I can't post on the 2 aforementioned forums. And I can still reach my registered game promotions page. What seems to be the problem?

Argh! Because those were locked threads! Silly me! But the drop down menu still does not show my registered ME2 game. :

That menu item only lists DA:O. Precisely why is unknown.

simple: because the DA:O entry links to your DA:O profile. There is no such profile for ME2 as it does not upload achievements or characters.
