Scientology is not successful. The most successful religions believe in one God. Strangely "cave" man drawings show people worshipping one God as well. Which is why I don't believe in Evolution, afterall, where are fossils showing the evolutionary process of chimp to man? [/quote]
Scientology is pretty successful it has gone to thousands of followers in only a few years. Religions that believed in several gods eg. Norse Paganism, Roman mulitigodness(?), the Greek Pantheon were pretty succesfull until Christianity killed them all off.

The Romans converted to Christianity because one emperor (Constantine) was a Christian and made it illegal to be a follower of any other religion.
And the vikings converted in all over Europe to appease their subjects in the lands they had conquered (England mostly) plus most of those men were fairly poor Christians and still believed in the Aesir. Some even did it because their was land on the offer if they did such as the vikings who became the Normans.

Why call me a troll then? So you have seen that it was AlexXII who brought religion into this thread now?

Because you started with the ambiguous real-world religious reference in the first post and started blurring the lines between in-game religion and the real world starting with your second post in the thread. Nice form, it obviously worked well. You got lots of bites. ;)

Actually, Alex just admitted he started it. I never mentioned ambiguous. You are obviously to mad too read. Go rest your head and have something to drink on me.
;)

I never said you "mentioned ambigious." I said your post was ambiguous. Reading comprehension, chap. ;)

Yet you ignore my comment about Alex admitting he started it. Troll much? ;)

Everyone knows about The Maker. He is quite interesting including the arguments centered around Him. However, we never discovered much about him did we? The guardian we meet in The gauntlet explains hardly anything and Justice has no idea if the Maker is real or not. I think that the existence of the guardian confirms that The Maker is real. But is the Maker truly the maker or just a noble and just spirit?
Thoughts? Ideas? Speculation? And for the love of the Lord, I hope Bioware put in dialogue choices which make our character a believer like in the first. I think there should be more people in the game who debate you on that subject as well. Last time, we only had Morrigan who believes in the old gods and the Dwarfs who basically worship themselves.

Shouldn't we, just as in life, have an option on whether we want to believe or not, or what to believe in, or how much to believe in?

Actually, Constantine didn't make it illegal.

Constantine did not patronize Christianity alone, however. After gaining victory in the Battle of the Milvian Bridge, a triumphal arch—the Arch of Constantine—was built to celebrate; the arch is decorated with images of Victoria and sacrifices to gods like ApolloDiana, or Hercules, but contains no Christian symbolism. In 321, Constantine instructed that Christians and non-Christians should be united in observing the "venerable day of the sun",

I did no such thing. That's a pretty weak rhetorical device, by the way. I award you no points and may God have mercy on your soul.

Wrong, even scientists say there is no evidence to support dinosaurs evolving into birds. Why? Because birds were created.

I disagree. The Maker is inspired by God, yes but the prophetess is inspired by Mohammed since she went out to war. She also freed slaves did she not? For there to be a Chantry, there would have to have been people who saw The Maker or thought they saw to make it. After all if someone made a new religion with a god in it, do you think people would convert to it?

I don't want to turn this into a religious debate (although I imagine it already is later in the thread), but have you read much of the Old Testament lately?

I disagree that Andraste is "inspired by Mohammed since she went out to war."  By that logic, Andraste can be as inspired by Moses or Joshua who also led their people to war.

So heartwarming to see real-world religious nuts respectfully leave their real-world religion out of fake video game religion threads.

Y'all posting in a troll thread.

Which you just commented in. Sucks to be you right? It was Atheists who brought real world religion into this thread. Get your facts straight.

I did get my facts straight. You've been trolling up real world religion since your first post. I know trolling when I see it because I troll, and I see you trollin.

It is you and Dielos the fool who are trolling. You and him brought up religion. Not me. You atheist zealots always like the chances you get to bash religion because you can't do it in the real world.

How do you know what my religious beliefs are? This is only my third post in the thread and I haven't mentioned my beliefs at all yet. No need to get all nasty bro.

Why call me a troll then? So you have seen that it was AlexXII who brought religion into this thread now?

No I was just the one stupid enough to be the first to fall for your troll bait in the OP. Can someone please delete all of my posts in this thread? Please?

I doubt it was the OPs fault at all. It was your fault. Be responsible for them.... or... you are really stupid.

First off religious remarks are quite unnessesary in this forum. If you make them you may ... hold your breath ... get a reaction. I tried to calm the waves for a while but I gave up. Also I was right about the OP from start. I knew where he was comming from. My only mistake, and I admitted that, was to comment on it at all.
