Ok, a little background, im in the military, work in the IT department, and love to play video games when im not in the gym or on base. Bioware since the release of Mass Effect has been a favored designer studio since my first and twentieth play through. But I do have my gripes, I am not angry guy just trying to put a taint on this game, I am merely a huge fan, who loves to play Bioware's games on the side. So without delay, he is my single gripe about this PC game(and i would mention the bugs and everything else, but what game doesnt have bugs 5 days after release???)
Alright, let me start this off by saying Congratulations on creating another masterpiece, but......the downfall to me of this game, is the ending. The ending was cool dont get me wrong, but I put way to much time while im on leave into this game for me to only be able to play downloadable content. I would have LOVED to be able to finish off the quests(not related to story line of course) after I finished it.
Now the serious problem with my gaming experience comes with the famed character Morrigon....now if you havent been the game, you really shouldnt read this last part. I will skip lines in the hopes that you can evade your eyes from what I am about to say and hopefully not crash part of the game for you.
Ok, Morrigon by far was the most intruiging of the characters. The love story(which was enthralling in Mass Effect and is no less enthralling here) has the tendency to make me want to focus on that. The way that at the end of the game sumed up what happens to her in text.....is complete bull. So here is an idea for Downloadable Content. Come out with a portion, that allows you to, based on your decisions with the group, continue certain parts of the game. For example!!!! B/c I decided to have a child with Morrigon I should be able to at least attempt to track her down, and tie that up. Now i understand that there will be a sequel.....but seriously, due to the extreme nature of the game changing based on your decisions, I would have hoped to at continue that. Finding out what happens with her, via text really pissed me off. Also, WTF is with her being in camp during the DC......I mean, now the way she interacts is totally different....seriously....come out with some more DLC.....asap....
Great Game, but to me, worst ending ever.

Why do people not understand, This is Bioware, not Betasoft!
I personally hated Oblivion and Fall Out3 for its feeling of no real ending, just goes on and on mindlessly boring!
What you want is a MMORPG, it has a alive and vibrant world to explore and re explore.
Single player games have a a start, a middle, AND A ENDING (at least the good ones do).
Stop asking for Betasoft version of Dragon Age, its literally never going to happen if the game comes from Bioware.
I been playing RPGs since the C64 days and they have always been about a main quest, when that quest is over, so is the game! Seriously, whats the thrill of wandering a empty bunch of places with nothing great to say to you now the main quest is over? Or are you expecting to go to every place and get a heros welcome and have NPCs fall all over themselves at each stop?
Personally the parade in Denerim was enough for me regarding that stuff.
I just dont understand this desire to wander through empty places you already saved. There is nothing to do there now the quest over.

If you play the current DLC post endgame, it acts as if it is during the maingame.

It seems that this is to be a concern for a lot of people, I like the ending however, but I wouldn't mind being able to atleast do some extra quests which is very doable, such as clearing the last of the Darkspawn horde that still lingers, help shape the future of Ferelden with overthrowing weakened noble houses or defending them from usurpers. So there are many options Bioware could explore in future DLC content.

I think they should leave the epilogue for a sequel. The DLCs should be about quests during the game, not after.

I'm torn, I like that it has an ending (It's a game, it should end, it stops me being a completionist going backtracking on minor things) buuuuut then again, if you wanna do that stuff, simply keep a save prior to the landsmeet and play that as your "end-game save" cuz that pretty much is it.
