I am planning to make a project involving a deaf templar, i have most of it planned, but i don't know how to do the animations, like the hands all lips moving as they speak, so if anybody could sompliy post an adequte walkthrough that would be really helpful.

Are you wanting the animations for a conversation or is this for a cutscene?

heyas;
did you try the 'speaker animation' list, in the cinematics tab, on the conversation editor? the dg_tlk_ series seems to be all the different gestures.
if you need or want to use other animations than are on that list, you can use the animation tab. however, i find that only lets you add animations if you are using a stage. (you can make a default 'deaf_templar' stage... or maybe use the _Dynmaic ac1_lp stage, which seems to be the game default.) to add the animations in that tab, right click in the blank white spot (where it says 'no items to show' or whatever).
if that was too confusing, or you need more specific step-by-step instructions, let me know.
