Ok, here's the grand list of the bugs:

-When in shapeshift form, if I enter a conversation in that form or stay in that form too long when I go out of that form my character is not there. As in invisible.
-When I talk to my dog it says some weird dialogue and makes me re-name it. After I do this, my party appears to have entered a black limbo.
-The level up clickable, when clicked, does not open the level up screen.
-Party members, when dead in combat, will randomly reanimate without any sort of spirit healer spell or anything. While this is a potentially useful bug it is still just that, a bug.
-Party members will just stand there sometimes during combat.
-When abilities are queued it doesn't show them anymore to the right of their character's portrait.

Reinstalling has not worked thus far. Trying again as we speak. Any suggestions? Anyone else having any of these bugs?

Yup, you guessed it. Seems to be a common factor among people who have the biggest bugs.

there's a fix (aside from being extra careful in the toolset)

Fix for strange issues with my game such as scripts not firing or party interactions not working and “Module will not load”

This is often caused by the Dragon Age Toolset. If you have the toolset installed and you’ve messed around with it (including beta versions), the toolset may be overriding the scripting of the single player experience. The fix:

1) Load toolset, goto tool > export > Empty Export Directories

2) FIND:

Windows XP: My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\modules

Windows Vista: Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\modules

*Delete the single player folder*

3) FIND:

Windows XP: My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\packages\\core\\override

Windows Vista: Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\packages\\core\\override

*Delete everything in this folder*

Aha! Thank you very much, it seems to be working...at least the dog issue and the party-members-reanimating-themselves issue. I had the toolset but uninstalled it when i heard it could be the cause. That would solve the 1) Load toolset, goto tool > export > Empty Export Directories

step?

Should that 3 step plan fix all save games? Or should I revert to an earlier save?
