The Witch Hunt patch has been released for European PlayStation 3 users. This patch fixes the following issues from the Witch Hunt DLC Add-on:

• When importing from a post-game save, your conversation with
  Morrigan in the Witch Hunt module will properly reflect the choices you
  made in Dragon Age Origin's "Dark Ritual" plot.
• The game will automatically save after Witch Hunt's final cutscene.

Please note that this patch is only available for European PS3 users. We will update the North American PS3 community and Xbox 360 community when the patch is available for those platforms.

If you experience any issues with the patch, please feel free to let us know!

I got the patch and tried Witch Hunt again. This time Morrigan acknowledged my past actions correctly, didn't even have to start WH from the beginning, hooray!
However, I'm not sure about the endgame save. It seemed to go as it did before the patch, the rotating thingy with the text 'checking save game' appears for a second and then the end credits begin. Also, I can't find a new save file that would indicate completion for WH. Never got a completion save for Awakening, either, if that's relevant.

In fact, now that I think about it, the original DA:O is the only part of the game that ever created a completion save for me, is that how it's supposed to go?

I can play through on my UK account but when I load from my US one it freezes when I put Dog's name in. Re-started the game and same thing happens at the same place.



It worked before the patch no issues.



I played GOA before that and imported from the save both times. Will try an Origin save in the morning but the 10 save game limit is causing severe issues with deleting my characters as you still haven't unlocked the saves!!



Do Bioware even now how much of a pain in the ass this is becoming.

yep but it doen't let you do anything, just reloads the camp site scene and then cuts to credits but does save the game.
