I like her, Morrigan doesn't hate the mages, she is one, she hates what the circle mages are/made themself.. sheeps. of course she ( Morrigan) believe if you live like a sheep, you should die as one ... no?

yeah, thats selfish and evil. No one derseves to be slaughtered like sheep, just cause they're weak. She gets a kick out of everyone in the circle tower dying.

Not only that but she has +4 if you just go out and kill connor. Which is the highest out of the other companions who approve.

If there is any evil alignment characters in the party its ceartinley Morrigan.

And not to mention Morrigan could be in the same position if not for Flemeth.

Yeah I hope that stab kills Morrigan in witch hunt. And then I hope Old God Baby starves to death. Its an abomination.

Sten approves +4. Morrigan is not evil... if you hate her cause she's evil than romance Leliana or Alistair. Her alignment is ambiguous. Her motivations unknown. She very well could be planning to burn Thedas to the ground or save the planet from global warming but the fact that we don't know what she really intends on doing makes her alignment neutral. Being a ruthless beyotch (and if you don't know one , you should get out more) doesn't make her evil.

She lives by a survival of the fittest philosphy. What does she care about Thedas as long as shes alive right? Plus I don't even think she knows her motivations, shes seems pretty in the dark about Flemeth. She mostly has to find out whats going on by herself.

Also I never said I hated her. I like characters who don't mind getting their hands a little dirty, thats why I always harden Leliana. I just find people who think they're so much better than their companions and everyone else so annoying.

@naledgeborn - I doubt that she is a true Neutral as that implies that she isn't interested in the agendas of others whether they be Chaotic or Lawful.  She stays with the group and seems genuine in her aid against the blight - even when circumstances change to the degree that her presence becomes a wonder.

@The Water God - I reckon she believes she knows her motivations, even though it is obvious that her psychology is a product of an upbringing that would distort any sense of a wider reality.  Morrigan is blind: Open her eyes.

I guess it is if you think of it in terms of being an Archdemon which it isn;t. It's a child with an old gods soul. If i recall right the old gods aren't evil until infected with the taint and turned into an Archdemon so i guess it's like a kid with a dragons soul or something like that. Not all that bad.

Yeah thats actaully what I meant.  In my opinion her and Leliana are both kind of childish (as in they have some growing up to do). I think Morrigan thinks she knows what shes doing. When in truth she doesn't.

Too true.

A bit off topic but still character interaction : Now what's with Sten?  I can't get him to open up at all!

Warden: "Hi Sten, you OK?"
Sten: "Yes! Did you want something?"
Warden: "Err? No Sten nothing.  Goodbye Sten"  (paraphrase)
Sten:  "Hrrrgh"

It's probably me or my character choices, but because I can't engage with him he lounges around by the fire drinking all the fine spirits I've been collecting for him.  I'm seriously thinking of employing Z to do him in his sleep!
