So, today I decided to replay ME2 and since my buddy has more "promo" armor than me I figured I would finally redeem the "collector armor and assault rifle" code that came with my special edition. I typed in the code and magically I got a staff for a game that hasn't even been released yet! (Dragon Age 2: staff of parthalan) I really have no interest in Dragon Age 2 and even less in this silly staff and just want to redeem the armor that I payed an extra $10 to have. The sheet explicitly states the code does not expire until January 1st of 2012, so I'm really curious as to why Bioware found it acceptable to overwrite the code, even though I'm a tad bit late redeeming it.
If anyone knows of any similar situations (I tried my hardest to find something but came up empty handed) or anyway I can properly contact Bioware to fix the situation I would be greatful. Thanks a bunch!

The same thing has literally just happened to me now. Not impressed at all. As with Dj DC I'm not at all interested with DA2. Do we have a fix for this or are we stuck with an item we're not able to use or enjoy?
