Hi, just a quick question.
Is there a guide somewhere that explains how to add/remove specs, rune slots and buffs to armour? I'm thinking of modifying some armour but I don't know how yet.

I've found this mod helpful for slight modifications to weapon and armor

I find it helpful for times I download really cool looking weapons and armor ....but I find the mod a bit too powerful..so I use this to tone down the values to my current equipment.
