I just tried to load Mass Effects 1 on my PC. The game key that came with the game will not work. I bought the game new from amazon.com. Who can I contact about this problem?

The official EA Support would definitely be the place to go with DRM issues.

On a related note, I just downloaded the Bring Down the Sky freebie (which included the latest patch, I believe) and when I attempt to run the app it won't recognize my cd key. Game is registered.



Any thoughts?

Never mind. Sorted. I was entering my actual game cd key rather than the key provided for the dlc...
