Well, there's the edit button to help reformat your post. There's the Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC if you'd like a way to respec your squadmates after Horizon, much as you're given the opportunity to respec Shepard after that point.

Are you talking about evolved powers after the tenth point?

Are you talking about respeccing your squadmates?
If so, you can after completing Lair of the Shadowbroker DLC. (I agree it would have been nice to have the option earlier. Bioware obviously thought it was a good idea too.)

Get the Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC. There's a respec after you finish it for all your squadies. Go back to it anytime to change things up. Only official way to respec your squadies without the possibility of making your save file un-importable to me3...
