I exported the head of Ser Gilmore and simply put it on Alistair - cause I actually don't find Alistair very attractive. That is not really difficult, since you only have to do three things:
Export the head of Ser Gilmore from the database by using the toolset - it will be saved as a .mor file
Rename the file as "hm_genfl_alistair.mor" - and place it in a specific gamefolder (see thread mentioned below):
If you have problems extracting the head file - contact me and I'll mail you the file. I don't quite remember how I extracted it

Well I found an easy - but not really perfect - workaround for that:

Open the toolset and then select Open File
Got to your Dragon Age games folder and there go to packages - core - data - face.erf
Open the file face.erf
There you can "see" all sorts of faces in the game. Those you can export as .mor files. The names of the faces are quite self explaining
If you want to have a look at the heads first - i have done this by creating an new creature and then adding the various heads to it, for checking them out. This can be done in the properties menu of the creature via the option "Morph" or "Headmorph" - I don't exactly remember the name - but check it out if you want to try it.
And check out the post in the Toolset General Discussion Froum on the Toolset breaking your game - if you do extract heads, that will likely happen, but there are workaraounds. Check the thread I mentioned!
I actually agree with Urik187 - I hate cuties die, especially the male ones. Or have you ever seen a movie with Angelina Jolie or Megan Fox where the babe died within the first ten minutes? The world is cruel to females: The cute guys either are the bad ones or they die early on. Too bad

Anyways, your prayers have been answered: http://social.bioware.com/project/789/
Still in the works, though, but you have many videos and photos to look at in the meantime. :-)
By the way, I don't remember what the Teyrna calls him, but I can tell you his name is Roland. Rory, for short. ;-)
EDIT: Actually, as of now, it's released and fully voiced. ENJOY!
