I still want to hear the 'about us' interrupts for Jacob and Garrus romances.
I can't find Jacob's (I wonder why...), and Garrus' is in the last page.

Could anyone explain that slow and in detail? I didn't even know there was such an option for a female Shepard. The only thing I remember is some funny dialogue about Quarian intimacy meaning linking your suits...

I wish she had given me a chance. My Shepard remaind chaste (I spend some time thinking when I stumbled over that "working off stress" dialogue with Garrus, but turians are simply too alien). She could have looked over the fact that I chose Kaidan in Mass Effect 1. Or she might have comforted me for the drastic way Kaidan quit with me on Horizon.Deventh wrote...

There isn't in the main game. The dialogue was recorded, but the lesbian angle was cut.
Exactly that. As I said, I do believe that Meer and Hale were brought in before anyone else, and they had them record extra lines for all of the romances, for them to decide who will be bisexual later. They ended up not implementing any of the lines, which is why you have references to Miranda being romancable by FemShep, but not any (at least, not to my knowledge) recorded lines for Miranda referencing FemShep. In fact, I don't think many of the lines would need to be changed. Gender isn't referenced often.

Uhm, I'm only a beginner, but generally in voice-acting the largest parts are always recorded first, so yeah Meer and Hale would have recorded everything first, then the Specialists, then the guest stars (Sheen, Carrie Ann Moss, etc) then incidentals.

Ah. And Jacob was originally a gay option or what?
Thane was the m/m option.

I heard something about ManShep referencing Garrus, as well. Don't know how true it is. As with the other same sex romances, I don't believe there are any Thane lines referencing Shepard as a male. I've never heard them, at least. I think same sex romances were cut before they hired any of the voice actors besides Hale and Meer.

Off Topic (sorta) but does anyone else prefer Meer's delivery of the "about us" lines? Just seems to come across as more hurt and betrayed which I'd certainly feel if I romanced Liara and got the coldest shoulder in the galaxy on my return.
Surprisingly, yes. I don't hate Meer the way some people do, but it's very rare I prefer Meer over Hale. Not that Hale was bad here, but Meer packed more punch.

The "that's not a good thing?" line Shepard says during the first paragon intererupt is also quite good when spoken from Maleshep.

I prefer Meer in general. There are a lot of people that prefer Meer as a VA for Shep, it's just that the FemShep fans tend to be more vocal.

No offense, I just wish they would just hush.... they only make themselves look worse each time there's a "breakout"
Hale is amazing and all, but Meer, believe it or not, in alot of the situations, comes off exactly like a military trained officer would respond. Meer may have some akward lines, but the fact of the matter remains, is that Meer has made more internet meme for Mass Effect than Hale has.
Meer is starting to grasp Shepard as a character, and I think its fantastic he's come so damned far, considering all he ever did before was short npc character voice overs.
Give Meer time to adjust, and I garuntee, Lair of the Shadow Brokers will be standard performance for Meer in not only Mass Effect, but in future games to come.

I'm really glad you're compiling this, thanks. I'm going to go see if I can find the lines Liara says about your new love interest on YouTube to add, if you'd like.
And...Ouch, Liara, ouch. That Thane line...ouch. They're all pretty acerbic, but...yech. That's just painful.
Garrus:

Miranda:
FemShep version:
Jack:
FemShep version: http://www.youtube.c...z4KIn20#t=4m01s
Tali:
FemShep version (Jesus, was everyone bisexual?): http://www.youtube.c...sTbUqFys#t=3m57
Thane:

Jacob:

This is all of the Shadow Broker's unique lines about the extra companion you bring:

Why does BW bother with Jen hale recording lines for tali when you can't even get her as a romance option? Isn't that kind of redundant?

Those are both incredibly harsh (but fair), and kinda funny. I especially love the eyeroll when she's talking about Miranda and her low cut jumpsuit.
Has anyone done them for the male love interests yet?
I just can't help thinking, if Liara can get as mad as she does imagine what that Harpy, Ashley, is gonna be like. I mean she flips out on Horizon mostly for "professional" reasons, so she might stroke out on you for moving on from her.

Read the thread?. Pre-recorded lines, cover their bases just incase it was decided to include it later on.

That's some Meer-esteem issues you have there. You know, it's conceivable to like one without belittling the other. It's personal choice who you like better.
