Do you only have to install Activestate Python 2.5 in order to get lightmapping to work in the editor, or do you need to do something with the Eclipseray files as well?
The Read Me in the EclipseRay folder is very confusing, so I'm not sure if I need to install it or not.
Thanks!

The Eclipseray sourcecode is optional (they have to let you have it because it's open source). No need to download it.

So, lightmapping is fully in play even though you don't download the source code?

Yes. Just get the toolset then install Active Python 2.5.

Just so you're aware Orion. There is an issue with the LM generator regarding outdoor areas and sunlight. It appears to be ignoring it, and water doesn't generate either, since that's also created when LM is generated. We're waiting for a fix and/or response from Bioware on the issue.

I installed Python and I still get errors on my lightmapping then a message that Eclipseray has crashed. I cannot post my lvl because of it. Anyone know how to fix this?
