re: swinging, These great swords weighted ~2-3 kg though. If you can't swing well balanced 2-3 kg rod in one hand... well, some working out may be in order.
(ceremonial weapons could be heavier, up to ~5kg. But it's still not much plus well, one wouldn't be exactly swinging the ceremonial weapons in combat)
3 kilo's does'nt really seem heavy i imagined they would be twice that

Except that swords are not sticks because they are forged by people who know how to weight them so that they change the center of balance to make them more maneuverable. Holding a stick is nothing at all like holding a sword, unless you are talking about one of those stamped out fantasy knock-offs with skulls and boobs all over it.
Now that sounds like a stick worth wielding

realism in fantasy worlds just dont exist. Not many people are going to notice or care like the OP. I do see OPs note. Which makes me wish there was a realistic medival combat set in historic times. The setting as is is set with Magic, Metals that are lightweight and durable(mithral, etc), with Elves, dwarves, and dragons. To say that how a sword is weilded as being unrealistic in its mechanics? why my friend, thats just ludicrous.
And I'd view that as a non-sequitor. The fact Thedas is a fictonal realm with magic has nothing to do with what size the weapons are unless they bother to explain how humans in Thedas are stronger per pound than real world humans. I see nothing that would suggest this, and since the weaponry of Thedas is inspired by those of real world humans then any departure from them is an artistic decision and therefore one that is open to criticism over its aesthetics.
Real weapons were designed to be wielded by humans.
These weapons were designed because the art department thinks they look cool. And they're welcome to their opinion. I'm just as welcome to say that they look stupid.
the point Im making is that, not enough people will care enough to notice. Not saying OP is wrong quite the opposite, I think he is right and I agree with him.
example: Space travel in Star Wars, Mass Effect, Star Trek. When Engines are turned off on Spaceships in space why do they slow down?
answer: no one cares enough to address realism

While your greater point is taken, that most people won't care, your examples aren't the same.
Science fiction must take liberties with physics because without them there would be no story. Such as Warp Drive, or Artificial gravity.
Us taking issue with the size of swords is closer to saying that the jumpsuits in ST: TNG looked silly.

And actually in the scope of all video games gravity is not the same.
Physics, these universes also defy normal physics
probably because of gravity

And that's why I don't have any particular agenda to force everyone to agree that yes indeed, the swords are silly.
The art style isn't gonna change just because I don't like it, nor is it important enough to determine whether I purchase the game.
...but it's still silly.

The only explanation for the outrageous boobs would be the gravity being different
Or that they aren't outrageous. There's certainly more real life examples of large boobs on thin women than there are absurd swords actually being used in battle.
That's right, I brought it back on topic. Must control in the boob talk. Like a boob talk bra.
