Hi guys,

I have looked everywhere and I can't find daupdater.exe

I have Windows 7.  I have downloaded DLC and it all installed and working properly, game runs fine..

I just can't find the daupdater.exe

Any help would be good.

Its in your game install folder default C:\\program files\\bioware\\dragon age



in the bin_ship folder there

Mines in the bin_ship folder in the the main dragon age folder where ever you have it installed.



So like C:\\Dragon Age\\bin_ship

I don't have a bin_ship folder in the install directory?!?

hmm. What folders do you have woofy?

I have the following.



Computer/C/ProgramData/Bioware/DragonAge/



Woofyhugger/MyDocuments/Bioware/DragonAge/



And neither of them have sub directories with bin_ship



The first one has a Daupdater directory, but there is no bin_ship directory inside and no daupdater.exe it only contains 3 directories data, logs and info

Can't you do a file search for daupdateer.exe with windows 7?

@Matrix I'm on windows 7 64 bit. It doesnt install there for me.



@Yard. Yes I did a file search and it didn't appear.

Okay guys.. I found it.. I dont know why on earth but it installed it on my external drive?!?

F:\\\\Games\\\\Dragon Age\\\\bin_ship\\\\

How.. I don't know!

had the same problem. for me it was here:

C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Dragon Age
