I have played HotU several times but for whatever reason, I have never used Deekin. Mostly, I have always like soloing I guess. Is there a romance option for Deekin? I kind of picture him with a dumb, hulking, club-wielding but kind-hearted half orc barbarian woman. She would protect her little Deekin and he would be the one that found her beautiful.
Romance for Deekin?

In one of the dialogue, Deekin asked to boss if all drow are evil. Boss of course said no, that there are also some good drow (by the way, actually, "boss" was me, a CG drow, cleric of Eilistraee 
' so, asking to me if there were good drow was a bit odd). So Deekin answered he hopes also that not all kobolds are evil, because if all kobolds are evil, that would have meant that Deekin would spend all his life alone.

Deekin is the best henchman in any of the NWN games as far as I'm concerned. I'd encourage all the dumb, hulking, club-wielding, kind-hearted half orc barbarian women out there to take Deekin under protection and give him any kind of encouragement they can.

His end tale does say founds a town where good Kolbolds can live in peace with the other races and his kids and kin are "Scalesingers?" and he becomes a legend in time as the first Kolbold to do something like that (Famous Bard,City founder)

NWN2 followed that advice and gave us more Lord Nasher than I think any of us wanted. What a d^^chebag.

I am still searching for all 5 items of Nasher. Those you can read in the inventory that if you collect all of them, you would gain extra bonuses. I had found 3. I am still wondering where the other 2 are...

While Deekin may harbor feelings of that sort toward the female PC, to my character's he is more like her child than anything else.

nah the only romances are with Aribeth, Nathyrra, and Valen. As a female you can also end up with the Sleeping Man as your one true love and I think guys can get the name chooser valkyrie as an option for their one true love, but there were a bunch of different outcomes for that so no idea.
