Hi, i'v brought and installed storm of zehir, and patched the game to v 1.23 and i'm playing throught the original campaign. When i'm at the bone gnasher lair, the blast globes don't work, they act as a minor spike trap (and are described as such when you pull up the description in the inventory) that can't be set.

My pc details are
windows xp
Nvidia GeForce 7300 g
1 gb ram
2.4 ghz processor

Thanks

Go back to a save prior to picking up the blast globes. If you don't take them via the conversation (such forget them and go back to them), the result is traps instead of blast globes.

I have the same problem. I take them via conversation and every time I click on trap, nothing happens.

What to do?

This worked for me:

`
debugmode 1
giveitem boxofunstablebla
debugmode 0
`

It creates a new box of Blastglobes on the controlled character. It seems to have the proper tag, which is what controls the 2nd cutscene at the blockage. I suggest before running it you have everyone in the party standing well back, a couple of football fields, from the blockage (so that they are outside the cutscene trigger). Then, with the new box, walk forward and the cutscene should start ...

For the best cinematic experience, as you approach the blockage, stay to the right of the path (not so far right that you turn off at the intersection). You want to enter the trigger basically where Qara stands for her part (if you've ever seen that).

(Assuming you're talking about trying out your blastglobes in the game)  Heh. I think what you ran into is what my message above is intended to avoid. The bottom half of your screen went white, didn't it? I think the camera goes under/behind the cliff if you're too far left.

pretty sure it went all white, it was pretty dramatic. I probably followed the right route, dipping just past that ledge to the far right, since that's the most direct route from where i spawned the box -- it was as though the back of my camera was hard back against the dropoff from the ledge.

I just wanted to say it was false alarm. I was on the wrong spot.
