I searched the social website's projects and it seems like playable standalone modules are few. I've played a couple: Labyrinth and Kal-Sharok. Is there another resource out there similar to NWVAULT that stores, ranks, and reviews player made modules?

Specifically try the Quests and Adventures category at the Nexus.  Categories are your friend when you're looking for a specific type of mod, otherwise you're going to get lost in art packs

And make sure you try classic Week!
