i dont recomend you get it

I DEMAND YOU GET IT!!!!!

best dlc of all

when you beat it you have access to the shadow broker's information center. from there you can obtain any resources, tech , or weapons you might have missed in your playthrough. you can purchase mining companies to get an ammount of resources without planet scanning, and you can invest credits (about 500 or so) on some sort of mission and come back a mission or so later and that 500 will turn into about 2000-5000 or more.

Not quite.  Kasumi happens during the game, of course, and Overlord can happen whenever, but the BioWare devs have said that Shadow Broker is the first DLC that's made with the mindset that most players have completed ME2 by now.  A couple things are mentioned that indicates it's supposed to happen after the final mission in ME2.

Are you asking which order to do them in for the most profit or what is the best order storywise to do them in?
Story wise I would do Zaeed either at the beginning or after finishing Omega, Kasumi would be good either during the second recruiting wave or when you go there the first time and decide on if you accept or deny Spectre status.
OverLord is iffy. I do it either after the end of the game or after legion's loyalty mission(if you want to take legion with you on it) other wise it could be done before the IFF if you don't want to take legion with you.
LotSB storywise is best after the end of the game in my opinion. Do it and then finish any other missions that are left over.

now i keep the collector base for every one of my playthroughs but there are some people who leave cerberus and tell tim to go screw himself... tim's the one who gives you the info on the shadow broker to give to liara. so why would tim give you the info if he and you are nolonger working together and why would you actually trust his info since every other time lead you to a trap?

to get the full bennifit of the shadow broker's intel center its better to do it early because after the final mission there is no point in grabbing anymore research, creds, or resources which renders the intel center to be nothing but reading some dossiers, watching some videos and having a romantic scene with liara

I think Overlord should be done before the Collector Base if you're a Paragon and after if you're a Renegade.

I think that while Lair of the Shadow Broker feels better after the Collector Base....there's just nothing to do afterward and so the benefits of the base (the money, resources, upgrades, and videos to watch) are limited because you really don't have anything else to do at that point. So I do Lair after Liara's two Illum missions and after the Collector Ship (but once I hit level 30 which is really really easy now with all the DLC). I then use the base throughout the rest of the game, getting the upgrades and using the investment opportunities while they're still useful.

If I romanced Liara I wait until AFTER the Collector Base because it feels more uncertain and the emotions work better, at least in my mind.

I totally concur with this strategy.

I haven't done it that way, as I haven't started a new game since LotSB dropped. :P  But that is what I shall do.

If one happens to have a Shep or two who completed the game before ANY  dlc came out or just didn't do it before final boss, then LotSB makes the most sense (story-wise) as the last piece. Then again, if you have Zaeed, Kasumi and Overlord to look forward to, Liara's mission offers nice rewards for gettin' the rest done.

I actually planned my second playthrough like that, exactly like that.
Any clue about when I should do Firewalker?

QFT!

Overlord can be played anytime, and LoTSB should be played post-suicide mission.

The first Firewalker mission should be finished prior starting Overlord. Both Overlord and Firewalker should be played during disc 2.

Hope its not spoiling anything.

Every DLC except Lair of the Shadow Broker should be done BEFORE the suicide mission. Lair of the Shadow Broker can be played both ways

No. Shepard doesn't work for Cerberus at the end in either path, thus TIM can't fire him.

It is said in Retribution that Shepard doesn't work for them after defeating the Collectors, but might again in the future

My advice:

1. Do Normandy Crash Site.
2. Do Zaeed's loyalty mission.
3. Do Kasumi's loyalty mission.
4. Do Firewalker.
5. Do Overlord.
** Suicide mission and endgame takes place here **
6. Do Lair of the Shadow Broker.

This is about as good as it gets from a chronological standpoint.
