the toolkit for DA and ive look at the wiki pages for it my question is that
1.) u can do voice over for a npc how wood one do that
2.) wood i be able to do voice of for my player??
3.) wood anyone be intrested in working on a projected toghers and help me under stand modding as this will be my 1st real go at modding!
quick questions about the tool set???

as far as i know, you can voice NPCs. i'm not sure about the player.
as for 3, i'm sorry, but i get frustrated with people that can't even tell the difference between would and wood, especially because most communication would be written.

lol, for the NPC's voice just say something out loud as you click the sentence choices 
I'm pretty sure it's been said though that you can't tie sounds to PC chatter.
If you wanted to be really wonky about it, you could script every conversation to be between a 'fake PC' NPC, and the NPC you were talking to, and then you could just play out a cut scene, but I'm not sure if you would then have the branching dialogue options... I'm sure it could be done, but it would be tricky... and it wouldn't be YOU, it would be a fake double NPC that just looks like you.

thats a great idea for like cutscenes and such as the player never really talks and it would be a nice addition to the game story to draw you in a bit to hear you talk once in a while or at least make expressions i dont think i have seen many of them in dialog either
