I have reported the user linxixi for spam three times already, removing an entry from my project comments each time. Now I have three more sitting in the comment feed. Please ban this account, im getting fed up of this.

i thought the "report spam" did go to moderators? who do those go to then?

Straight to EA, actually. I don't believe BioWare ever sees those. The fastest method is to PM one or more moderators (but a report will typically still be in order, occasionally EA does do something about reports).
