I have the Amber mod installed. WEIDU log posted on the no-reloads thread.

Problem is that I can't find her.

If I remember correctly, she meets you outside in the slums and she approaches you.
Is that correct? It's a long time since I used that mod.

Is there a trigger to make her appear?

You have to rescue Viconia first. After that, a couple of kids playing in the street will mention the guards capturing  and imprisoning a demon. That's your cute little tiefling rogue. Run to the prison in the Government district and either get authorization to free her or bribe the guard.

I spoke too soon. Nalia got disintigrated by a trap, so I have now picked up Amber. Thanks again.

Amber wants me to pick up her bracelet. Discovered that a fence at the thieves' guild has it.
Unfortunately, because of a mod the guild is hostile. No sign of the fence.
No sign of it on the bodies!!
Looks like I could have problems. Ideas anybody?

If you don't get the bracelet in a timely fashion, she'll eventually leave and get it on her own. Don't worry: she'll come back after a couple of days and rejoin your party. There are no penalties attached, you'll just miss out on the xp.

That's what happened. Thought she might not come back as per NPCs in BG1.
