This is my 3rd time through the game I know the armor guy from fort lock is suppose to if asked come to castle keep. Dekin came as well as the weapon guy from the docks where I got the ship to never winter. When I went up to armor guy it just asked if I want to look at items I did that and asked again the choice came up and I asked him to join me and he said " guess I better do what you say now that you outrank the commander". When I go back he is not at castle keep he is still at fort lock. Another weird thing Dekin is at both never winter and at castle keep don’t recall that happening before. Any guess as to why the armor guy will not come I up graded to the OPC fix

I'm not sure what you mean with this. The last patch is the 1.23, so you should upgrade to it if you haven't. Sorry if I misunderstood and you already did that.

edit: I guess so. Well either wrfan didn't fix it, or he broke it. He said he normally only reads the vault page, so I suggest posting there.

well just found out that if you dont get the one from forte lock you can get one in act 3 in highcliff Karna tells you about her when you check in with her at start of act 3
