Well, so i bought Mass Effect 2 beggining of this year, when i still had my old laptop that really sucked.

Now, 6 months later, i figured id try the game on my new laptop, and when i opened the game, i couldnt find CD2 or the manual. I registered my CD Key here on this site, and i need the key. If i get the key, EA will provide me with a digital download.
When i press My Games, i can see Mass Effect 2 PC, but it says "click here to remove registration", is there a way to get my CD Key? I know BioWare must have it.:crying:

The serial key is on the back of the users manual, and the second DVD also contains installation data wich you need. I installed my game just 3 days ago so i remember. And yes they probably have the serial key if you registered it. But how they will grant you that information i cant say. They can probably e-mail you it, if they allowed but think they are pritty strict with that stuff.

Yeah, but i cant seem to find a customer support on BioWares site. All the customer support links leads to the EA support center.

And EA wont do anything bout it.

EA tells me to ask BioWare, but i cant find a customer support e-mail address.

You are pursuing duplicate message threads and have your answer already in the other one.

You should not have started a second thread. (No, I am not an official forum moderator, just a citizen with a preference for doing things the right way.)

Try EA download manager. Register your game with cd-key there. Download the game from EA servers and install it on your laptop
