We're obviously never going to agree Foolsfolly, you think the ME2 HUD is fine, I don't (and thats fine by me, I'm not trying to persuade people one way or the other).

You're in a thread called Campaign for a more informative HUD in ME3. This thread exists to tell people that ME2's HUD is lacking and all it's lacking is a radar system. It has everything else you need to know easily readable at a glance. It cut a few things that were unnecessary in the old HUD such as little icons telling you people are in cover or not.

I know what the thread is for, after all it is my thread.
In your opinion it has every *you* want at a glance, I think it could do more while still remaining clear, we're obviously not going to agree.

Radar- The only thing the ME2 HUD is missing. It's still in the game just useless since it's in the radial menu.
Health and shields are totally in the HUD. When you need them...aka when you're under fire. When you're not you have this nice clean presentable screen.
I'm saying "I prefer ME1 HUD",
You're saying "Shut up you're wrong"
Cooldown meter is the only improvement ME2 has IMO

I like how any opinion other than the ME2 dissenters' is shouted down as some afront to the dissenters' opinion. Apparently the only opinion anyone is allowed to have is that the HUD was both overly complex and overly simplified. Anyone who thinks it's fine is some sort of forum terrorist.
