I was wondering if there's an app that has all the planet maps for ME1? That way, instead of printing them out, or searching on the internet with my iPod Touch, I can just click through an app. The reason why I asked is because searching an entire map to find everything is very, very boring. More boring then planet scanning.

Unless you are trying to do a completionist run, then finding everything is a waste of time and effort in the Mako. For the most part finding all the stuff NOT already listed on the map only gets you minerals for the UNC quests, and maybe a Thresher Maw or two. All other items are listed on the map in game and thus easily available unless you are wanting to look at them before you land. If you are doing a 60level run then don't waste your time finding all the minerals and just continue on, heck for that matter, well played game don't bother either, because it really doesn't make much difference and you should have all the money you could ever wish for late in the game.
My general practice is if early in the game I see a mineral on the radar, and it isn't in a difficult location, I will stop and harvest it for the money and XP, but late game or on sequel runs toward 60, all minerals are ignored and most non-quest specific locations are as well.

If you are on steam you can also open a web browser in the steam overlay (shift+tab) and go the the wiki to see the maps
