Not much to do but play DA2 and hope for good news come DA3.

And I don't think DA2 will tell us this, even thou' I'm sure it will be amazing. I just don't like stuff to be unfinished, especially an amazing game and story as DAO! : )

Yes.
It was a joke poking fun of a question with a very incredibly obvious answer.

And certainly, I'd love to have the control of my Warden once again. But it's too early to guess what will happen.

If you start reading a book with the mindset that you will hate it.You will probably hate it because your though about the novel are already set in stone . That what we call fanboyrism or brainwashing.

Truth be told Witch Hunt was a bit of a let down (and thats coming from a Morrigan fan) it just felt like I had spent £5 odd for about an hours worth of advertisement for Dragon Age 2.Lord_Valandil wrote...
To be honest...I'm very, very dissapointed with Witch Hunt.

That being said, I do hope that DA2 and subsequent games do follow up in some way on the Morrigan story.

I personally, definitely, don't want a "recurring character" type to Dragon Age. We have enough games out their overly focused on 1 specific character. If you have different characters for each iteration, I think it allows much more freedom to talk about the world.
Well, for me it's not only the warden. For me it's also the other characters, and unfinished storys that deserves more than a short conversation or a cameo role. The DLC:s don't cover this for me, and I doubt that DA2 will do this, since it seems that it will be more action like ME (with conversation, but not as much as DAO)

Who is to say that a lot of those characters won't be part of the DA setting though? If you tell everything about those characters right away, you essentially remove them from the setting, after that point.
I would much rather the characters be apart of the world, then a part of a specific story. That is my take, anyway. Now, if they don't plan on using these characters as part of the setting, I'll be a little disappointed, but I would still rather have a new story to tell about the world, then making sure they finish up every loose end, with a game, with a lot of multiple endings.

Wait, how do you know there's not as much conversation as in DA:O? Have you gotten a look at the dialogue while we weren't looking? Because I distinctly remember reading that they've completely blown the word budget. And considering that DA2 is going to be shorter than DA:O, that's got to be a lot of talking.arathor_87 wrote...

I don't see where your opinions are coming from. I mean, I accept that everyone has them and that they often differ from mine, but you do seem to be pulling things out of the air.
