So im nearing the end of my FMT solo though totsc and BG1 and i was
wondering about what sort of protections ill need to face off against
Aec attempting to use as little cheese as possible.

So far from
what i gather he has a gaze attack that holds and a crap load of
resistances to elemental damage and magic and his cultists are all
majorly annoying.

does he have much more other than these defences?

Thx

A potion of mirrored eyes should shut A'C down easily enough. There are four for sale in Ulgoth's Beard, but you should only need 1. Only the cultist woman at the start will actually fight you, so if you can kill her it's just a matter of being able to deal enough damage to A'C. I believe the other cultists will fight back if you have certain difficulty mods installed though.

Also if you have Gavin installed you should have plenty of potions of mirrored eyes already.

Is the difficulty mod SCS? I don't remember having problems with them.

No. im not using SCS. i thought i would try just with me to make it more difficult.

His AC is at about -8 or -9 i think but that should be too much of a problem. the last thing is does he have any major magic res coz i wouldnt mind trying a few spells on him.

In vanilla, he goes down pretty fast to cloudkill. A wand of paralyzation will effectively take him out of the game too. The game autosaves when you go down the stairs, so just reload the autosave if he makes his save against the wand. You may have to reload once or twice, but eventually he'll fail his save and you can chop him up at your leisure.

You'll want several mirror eye potions, because you get hit with a -lot- of dispel magic, so any buff will be temporary at best.
