Maybe something like an infertile female Krogan, see the genophage from that point of view could be kind of touching, deeper incite from someone whose probably watched males fight over other fertile females, left the homeworld yadda, yadda.

Would be unusual to see a female salarian as they're rare as it is and usually do politics, although it would be pretty cool too.

3) Turian vanguard: this is likewise supposed to be a rarity among turians.  Quite frankly I'm sick of all the human biotics in Mass Effect; it makes no sense that there should be so many.  In ME2, all of your human crewmates with the exception of DLC were biotics.  It made sense for Jack, a bit less for Miranda, and not at all for Jacob.  It stops being believable as an obscure trait if the game is saturated with biotic humans.  A biotic turian, however, has potential.  I just see the turian mentality interacting with a trait that estranges him for the group in all sorts of interesting ways, maybe he even gets cocky.  It'd also be interesting to see interactions with Garrus.

This actually sounds pretty badass, i must say. Bioware, fund this!

A batarian squadmate, because we've seen them being only negative or chaotic neutral; it's high time to see at least a chaotic/neutral good! Plus he could be the tech guy, like Kathka!
